Kevin Grogitsky
Production Manager, Flooring Systems
Kevin Grogitsky is the production manager for flooring systems for ICP Construction He is responsible for purchasing raw materials, maintaining raw material inventory, employee safety training and waste management. Additionally, he manages production employees and work flow.
He started his career at Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF) as a chemical processor assistant in 1997 and was quickly promoted to chemical processor/pigmenter. He became production manager and quality control manager in 1999, and assumed his current position in 2011. During this time, he assisted in the creation APF’s color matching system, and helped streamline the batch ticket process. APF acquired Super-Krete® Products in 2016, and both brands were acquired by ICP Group’s construction division in 2018.
Kevin holds certifications in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Environmental Compliance.
Kevin lives in Peoria, AZ with his wife Kim and their three kids. He enjoys playing pool, watching the Oakland Raiders, barbequing and spending time with his family.
