Adrienne Malek
Vice President, Cementitious Coatings
Adrienne Malek serves as Operations General Manager for the Specialty Flooring Group of ICP Construction. In this role, she oversees all operations, supply chain, customer service, production and planning-related activities at the Phoenix facility.
Skilled in operational and sales management, Adrienne has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on waterproofing manufacturing and application for the last six years. She joined the Specialty Flooring Group of ICP Construction through the acquisition of Pli-Dek in April of 2018. Prior to the acquisition, Adrienne served as General Manager of Pli-Dek, successfully completing an ERP implementation/migration and assisting with consecutive double-digit topline growth year-over-year.
Adrienne earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She is also involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Unforgotten Faces, a nonprofit organization that supports single parents with children living in poverty in Ethiopia.
