Tracey Lackovich
VP of Super-Krete Products Division
Tracey J. Lackovich serves as vice president of Super-Krete Products Division at Arizona Polymer Flooring’s (APF). She oversees internal and external communications, brand management, trade show and event planning, training programs, marketing and business development.
With extensive experience in hospitality, special events management and the concrete coatings industries, respectively, Tracey has spent the most of her career with Super-Krete as an executive leader and developing the brand. Prior to the acquisition by Arizona Polymer Flooring, she served for 16 years as president of Super-Krete and the last four as executive leader of Super-Krete International, LLC.
A leader in the concrete overlay industry, Tracey has been recognized repeatedly by top industry and business organizations for increasing the profile and reputation of Super-Krete, the company her father John Holwitz founded. Her skill in growing Super-Krete into an international brand was recognized by Forbes magazine, which published an in-depth story about the role she played in advancing the company. She has also been identified by the San Diego Business Journal in a ranking of Top 20 San Diego Women-Owned Businesses, as well as the publication’s Women Building Up Their Portfolios in Construction special feature, and as a Women Who Mean Business Award Nominee. Further, her savvy in the typically male-dominated industry was showcased in a Manufacturer's Profile in Concrete Decor Magazine.
A member of the Surface Preparation Committee of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), membership chair of the Executive Board of ICRI San Diego and a California State Licensed Contractor of concrete-related services, Tracey is a graduate of San Diego State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1998. She was also certified by the university in Meeting and Events Planning in 2004.
Tracey is the proud mother of four young children, including two boys and twin girls, who enjoys dancing and performing with a high energy dance band and spending time with friends and family.
