Paul Scheidmantel

Director of Sales

Paul Scheidmantel is sales director of Arizona Polymer Flooring, overseeing the company’s business development and expansion strategies, as well as a team of nationwide sales representatives. He has nearly 20 years of experience in industrial coatings, concrete restoration, moisture vapor mitigation, decorative concrete, floor leveling and waterproofing.

At APF, Paul forges new relationships with distribution partners around the country, ensuring they have all the tools, training and resources necessary to provide their clients with APF’s high quality coatings and flooring systems. Additionally, he drives the overall strategy to reach out to and educate contractors, architects and other end users across a variety of markets.

Prior to serving as sales director, Paul was an APF sales representative for the mid-Atlantic region, overseeing technical sales and territory development for Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware and New Jersey. He was responsible for making product and system recommendations, and developing relationships with contractors, architects and end users.

Paul previously owned and operated ULTEC Consulting, an independent manufacturer representative specializing in concrete, moisture related solutions, industrial flooring, decorative concrete systems and infrastructure solutions for contractors, architects, engineers in industrial, education, military, healthcare and commercial facilities.

In fact, Paul has been a go-to consultant on some of the highest-profile projects in the United States, including consulting on a high-security service aircraft hangar at Andrews AFB for Air Force One and participating in the Pentagon Phoenix Project in 2001 that saw him lending his expertise to conduct 35,000-square-feet in floor repairs to the ground level slab at the Pentagon after the 9/11 attack in 2001.

Prior to ULTEC, Paul held several sales and management positions with various flooring distributors and developers, including Spartan Surfaces, Tennant Company, Specialty Flooring Consultants, Potomac Floor Covering and ARDEX Americas.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing and Sales Management, from Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the South Central Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Group’s Central Pennsylvania Architect and Engineer Network.
